Where do you ship?

Only within the United States. Standard shipping is free for every US order.

How long does an order take?

Orders are normally processed in 1-2 business days and delivered in 4-6 business days after carrier acceptance. A tracking number is provided for every shipment.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. Request a no-reason return or exchange within 30 days after delivery, subject to the exclusions in our Refund Policy. HABA USA pays approved return shipping and supplies a prepaid label or equivalent free-return arrangement.

How soon is a refund posted?

Refunds go back to the original payment method and generally appear within 5-10 business days after issuance.

Can I cancel before shipment?

Yes. Contact us before shipment. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies.

Which cards are accepted?

Checkout may accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. The settlement currency is USD.
