Refund Policy

HABA USA accepts no-reason returns and exchanges requested within 30 days after delivery.

Eligible Returns

Items should be unused and returned in their original condition, with original packaging when available. Customized products, clearance products, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

HABA USA pays the return shipping cost for approved no-reason returns and exchanges, and for returns caused by damage, defects, or other quality concerns. Contact evelinefinch39@gmail.com before sending the item so we can provide a prepaid return label or an equivalent free-return arrangement.

Refunds and Exchanges

After an approved return is received and reviewed, the refund goes to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers generally post the credit within 5-10 business days. Exchanges are sent after acceptance, subject to availability.
